Calling all Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors! Did you know that Girl Scouts of CT has a new Mind, Body, Spirit patch? Let’s come together and work on the new patch. We will do an activity from each of the 3 categories (mind, body, and spirit). We will make a “healthified” banana boat, make a homemade sugar scrub for a relaxing at-home spa day, and work on a Bliss Box to remind us to stay positive in hard times and to express our artistic creativity!

This event includes the option to purchase the GSOFCT Mind, Body, Spirit Patch for $5, which will be mailed to you. This program will not accomplish all steps of the patch so girls will need to do some wellness activities on their own.
