Wake up Saturday with a Story!

Daisies, Brownies and Juniors join us for the story Fry Bread! After the story we'll have a discussion with a member of the Institute of American Indian Studies Museum and Research Center, in Washington CT.  We'll also take part in a hands-on activity related to our story.

You may have heard of, or even tasted Fry Bread, but do you know it's history and meaning to so many families?  To learn more about this story, copy & paste this url into another tab https://www.commonsensemedia.org/book-reviews/fry-bread

A few days prior to the event, we’ll send out a reminder and a very short list of everyday items to have on hand. We expect these events to run for 45-60 minutes.

Fee: $5 per Girl Scout  $0 Co-host Adult & their Girl Scout

Note: We are seeking one adult to become a co-host, with responsibilities of letting participants into the session while in progress, monitoring the chat and spot-lighting participants as needed. If you are this person, select Girl & Co-host adult (no fee). This works best when you and your Girl Scout are on different devices.

At the bottom of your confirmation, in the yellow highlighted area you will find the Zoom link.
